I just recently downloaded and installed mIRC again for the 90 billionth time. I've installed and uninstalled this program only as needed over the years. I'll explain what I mean by that. I'm not a regular IRC client user, but I might sometimes have a friend that wants me to help him moderate a channel or something, so I install it for that week imp moderating and uninstall it immediately after. Reason being, i'm afraid... I'm very afraid of the 13 year old hackers that know every command, use every bot and script and can gain easy access to my computer through IRC. Am I being paranoid?
I have tried the "Peace and Protection" script, but can’t seem to get it to install right. Keeps giving me error messages.
