I had a chance to play with the w600i and its a sweet phone. The reception through Cingular here in Portland seems pretty good too.

i've got the w600i. I love it, except one super annoying detail: the key lock.

Unlike normal mobile phones where you lock the keys using a key combo, like # + 0 or something, this one has a slider on the side of the phone. However, it's not like a portable mp3 player where you slide it over to lock, and the slider stays in that position. This slider is spring loaded, so you slide it over to lock and it slides back to the original position. To unlock, you just slide it again. It constantly becomes unlocked when I carry it in my pocket. When I bring it out i realize my phone's been surfing the web, editing contacts, etc all by itself. grrr.
