Good questions. In regards to the ATI cards the difference is the memory, 256mb verses 512mb.

With the Nvidia cards, my guess is that the lite box does not include the retail packaging, warranty and included software, its just a whitebox with the card, manual and drivers.

The GTO2 has two DVI outputs.
