Hi There
not sure if this is a spyware problem. Two days ago I had problems receiving and sending emails through Outlook on my work computer. It started by me receiving only five email in the morning repeatedly. When I went on the web and checked my email account through my web mail the five I were receiving were the first five of ten emails and I could not download the other five into Outlook. Things progressively got worse and I eventually could not send or receive. It appeared that my emails were not being send and a message stating "sorry thatr domain is not in my list of allowed rcpthosts".
I stuffed around with updating Outlook to SP2, removing and adding Norton email checker and eventually turning off my network connection and restarting asking for an automatic IP address. Some how it has worked but now I find my computer is very slow in relation to Outlook and the Network connection.
My IT guy thinks I might have been hit with a script that blocked my email based on my IP address... I am no computer expert with very little experience in this area.
