It looks like I pinpointed the problem. I am using Microsoft Access 97 to work on our Home Health Care business. In order to install it, I had to install the whole Microsoft Office 97. I already have a XP office in my pc too. So, anytime I try to email someone by using their address posted online, 64 windows open. I believe his 2 programs conflict. I tried to uninstall the old outlook or outlook express, it won't work. Totally uninstalling the Access 97 or Office 97 is out of question. I cannot do it, because of very hard Home Health Care program configuration.

So, finally; I have to keep Access 97, and my Office XP. I did that before in same PC. Can you please help?

(oh I forgot; I made Outlook Express default mail client time and time again, problem still persists)

When you say an address posted online, I assume you mean there is an e-mail link and when you click on it, a bunch of e-mail programs open up? When if you copied the e-mail link instead of clicking on it?

Which e-mail program do you want to use? Outlook (Office version) or Outlook Express?

If I copy it, and paste it to my OExpress, it works. It does it only if I click on that email address link. I believe my OExpress is conflicting with the Microsoft Office. It did not before. Yes I am using Outlook Express..

Thank you

Make sure you have whatever you want set as the default and uncheck default for the one you don't want to use.
