i need help with my computer speed. My usage is at 100% and it's not due to spoolsv.exe. Well it is but it isn't. I've gone into services and stopped the priter spool, I've also gone into sysem 32 in the printer file and there are no pending jobs in the que. Spoolsv.exe is only taking up 50%, the rest is going to portctrl.exe which I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help the computer illiterate?
