I currently own the Etymotic ER6i and love the sound. Some think it’s bass-shy, but I prefer them. For about 2yrs I've been very happy with my ER6's for travel use, but recently I lost them.

I am thinking of buying one of the following headphones for replacement.
Audio-Technica ATH-CK7 In-Ear Headphone (http://www.warehouse123.com/ProductInfo.php?pid=AUTATHCK7-SLV)
Sennheiser CX 300B In-Ear Headphones (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000E1FYQA/sr=8-1/qid=1148037567/ref=pd_bbs_1/002-0157539-8515255?%5Fencoding=UTF8)

Any thoughts would be much appreciated?

Cheers

Rick

I just bought the Sennheisers and I love them. They feel pretty durable and they sound great. I wish the cord was longer, and the cord feels pretty cheap too. But they sound AWESOME and definately are a good value.

I say you can't go wrong with Sennheiser. I've heard nothing but decent to good reviews of these. AT is also great, but I've heard more varying opinions on this model.

Both Audio Technica Ck7 and CX300B got a lot of positive review in head-fi. Some people complain the At phones lack of bass, but it is the character of AT phones. If you want to enjoy music, I will suggest the AT.

I found the new MDR-EX90SL!

The new design allow the phones come with a better drive (13.5mm). Larger drive mean better sound! Sony finally got answer to other in-ear phones. Cool! Let's cheers~..
