Computer restarts by itself

Hey im new and dont know too much about computers. But earlier today my little cousin was on and im thinking he clicked on a pop up virus and now my computer automatically restarts by itself. It doesnt even let me log on and get to the desktop. It is on Windows 2000 and while it loads all the settings it restarts. I also cant run it in safe mode either. I need some major help. Thanks

You should probably post this in the spyware forum here, they would be able to tell you what to do. try spybot and adaware to see if it finds any spyware on your system.
