everytime i try to plug it into my usb it WONT work ive tried diffrent wires but it wont do anything even if i turn it on, any thelp?

Do you mean it is not recognized or not recognized correctly or is it recognized but can't be accessed?

This can be usb driver problem or mobo's chipset driver issue. Try different USB slot , with no USB hubs inbetween. If still no luck test it in another computer, can use either PC or mac as this player is mass storage device. If it does not work in any PC there must be some memory error. With Zen players there is usually recovery procedure with certain buttons combination. I do not have this particular model so will not be able to help, but it's surely on the web if you google hard enough ;)
