Help!! Im totally new to them computers the only thing I know is to e-mail and type my stuff.
Yesterday I tried to add memory to my computer. I removed cover, incerted what I knew it eas a memory card into the slot (it had a 128 card and I added a 512)and turned my computer on. Nothing! no activity, no sound, the HD did not move. I took card out and re incerted it again. Nothing again. i reboot computer, nothing. I then removed card and tried to go back so I reboot computer and power goes in but HD is frozen. not even signal to monitor... What to do?? I have deveral documents I need to recover... any ideas??
