Ericsson sues Samsung over patents

Infoworld had news about Ericsson sueing Samsung over patents. This is another lawsuit in mobile telephony after Nokia's one. Isn't that ridiculous? I mean half of the price of your calls and mobile itself goes to a lawyer's pocket. If there were no such silly lawsuits things could be cheaper...

I think its prety ridiculous too. I think competition is getting really really fierce and these companies are trying to do anything that will bring in revenue - including suing each other.
