Hi,
Right im not sure if this is in the right place but bare with me.
I'm getting the blue screen of death on my laptop saying 'BAD_POOL_HEADER' and I think it might be being caused by my Tiscali sagem 800 fast usb modem as it is usually caused when accessing it. Also I cannot connect to the internet so am having great problems trying to fix it (I am currently on a different computer). I've got XP with sp2 but obviously can't update at the moment. I shall also post this in the software forum aswell, not entirely sure where it should be???
