i messed up...

ok i have a nivida geforce 5200 ultra with a +1600 processer with 1.75V, 10.5 clock and 133 fsb all pins and setting where they need to be (the mess up) i was working on my computer and putting in the processer i didnt have the heatsink on yet. i walked away to take care of my kids and came back pluged it in and hit the power when i noticed that the heat sink wasnt on i shut it down and pulled the power now i am haveing proublems. when the power suply is on a light on the mobo lights up and when i hit the power (i have put in 3 different processers) all the fans will spin about 5 times then stop. is this a compleat loss or am i missing something.

Try reflashing the CMOS on the motherboard, it should have had a fail safe built-in to prevent overheating.

i did that once mine has 2 small filled in holes like where there should be pins sticking up and your suposed to short them out i did this but they might not of shorted kuz they dont stick up at all

hmm I would check the manual, and see how they recommend it. Might be different than we are used to.
