samsung YH-820 help PLEASE

ok so i have a samsung YH-820 and when i turn it on first it says boot loader vs 2.10 then another screne pops up and says cannot HDD initilize device will be turned off... what does this mean? what can i do about it? does anyone else have this problem? help please!

The HDD i broken. Very common problem on these players.

I would try and send it in for warranty repair.
