Howdy. I woke the other night to loud music and something like 90 popup windows on my computer. I don't know when it happened or how, but I sure would like to be clean of it.

I disconnected from the I'net. Ran Adaware, Spybot, Ewido and deleted all of the identified problems. Then I ran a HiJack and came up with...

Actually one more question, can these problems be the result of downloading music from the net?

Yes thats one way to get them. Some of those download programs contain spyware.

You may want to print this out
Unplug the internet from your computer
Reboot To Safe Mode (tap F8 on Startup)


Delete these Files and or Folders

C:\kybrdff_15.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Duce6.exe
C:\WINDOWS\win32091102229146.exe



Still In Safe Mode Open up Hijack This and Place a check next to each of these and click Fix Checked.

Still In Safe Mode Delete all Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, Run CW Shredder, AdAware and Spybot, Delete what they find , Empty Recycle Bin.

Plug the internet back in and Reboot to normal mode and post a new log..........Jim
