My small HT room which I am planning has two doors in the back of the room that open into the HT room, but will be closed while the HT is in use. The problem with these doors is that they both are smack dab where the the rear surround speakers need to go (I'm doing a 7.1 setup). Has anyone mounted surround channel speakers on a door? Are there any drawbacks to doing this? Any advice would be greaty appreciated.
