Hello,

I was visiting my parent house this weekend and when using their computer noticed they have these two "Critical System Error!" signs flashing in the bottom right corner. They flash from a blue cirlce with question mark to a red circle with a slash through the middle.

When you click on the icon it directs you to the web site below. My dad has had no luck removing this and is running Corporat Norton Anti-Virus. Any suggestions on this one??
