I'm getting ready to move my HK 320 into the garage HT and get a new receiver to power my main HT. I want to run a 7 speaker set-up, but don't want the 6th & 7th speaker to be idle with non DD-EX & DTS-ES source material. In short, I want something like a Logic 7 processing to use #6 & #7 speakers with older 5.1 material. Which receiver from $1000 - $1500 has the best (or a good) DSP mode to accomplish this? Is Logic 7 the best simulator for 7 channel source material or is there another receiver / DSP that is as good (i.e.: Dennon, Onkyo, Pioneer, Sony) - Do they have something as good as Logic 7 for 5.1 sources?
