View Full Version : With a router, how can I check my IP address?

I can check my real IP from my router's control panel and I may also use whatsmyip.org to check my ip address.
However, I tried ipconfig and it only show the Local IP Address of my router. Anyone can help? Thank you :)
so you are trying to find your Intranet IP of the machine you are on, not your Internet IP of your router?
ipconfig should give it to you. If that doesn't work for some strange reason, then check your router and look for "attached devices" or something similar. That particular area should show all the computer/device names with their allocated IPs and also specify their MAC addresses.
