Would anyone buy a Sony STR-4ES Receiver?

I am in the market for another receiver that has component video switching and was looking at the Sony ES line of receivers. I can get a pretty good deal on it, and was wondering what youz think about this receiver?

Stay away from Sony. They are an awful company to support. I will try and find something that is comprable. What is the price that you can get it for?

You are throwing sony as a whole as being a bad company when in reality you may only thing their music division is bad.

there is a huge difference, especially when sony's hardware division is at odds with the music division due to the music divisions alignment with the RIAA

Not fair to blindly tell someone sony sucks just because you dont agree with the ethics of one of its divisions.

also, sony's seperate divisions are really seperate companies all under one umbrella
