Logitech Harmony Remote Software 7.0 Trouble

I brought a Logitech Harmony 670 home today to play with and the software freezes up with a blank screen when I open the program. It says "Installing Updates" and appears to just hang there.

I have downloaded the latest version from the Logitech website. Any idea what the problem is?

I wonder if it's incompatible with IE7 maybe?
