Hi. Im a student in my second year at university studying media production. I need to get an apple mac because the university uses apple. Im thinking of getting a macbook black with 1/2gb ram and around 120 gb hard drive. Ive noticed that the graphics card is only 64mb, and i wanted to get some advice. Is this graphics card enough to work with animation and rendering films? I dont think i can stretch to a macbook pro, but i wanted to know what i was up against once i bought the macbook.

Please helps

thanks. alan.

I would definately get 1GB of RAM. 64mb should be ok, but if you can get a video card with more memory, I would.
