how to limit administrative privileges

OS: windows XPSP2
I have a software program that requires admin sign on for users to be able to use. But I don't want every user to have full admin privileges.

So, how can I limit administrative privileges.

does every user need to access the program?

There are different levels of permissions. Read the descriptions in XP when assign them to a user. One might work for you without giving them full admin rights.

you would need Different signin for Each level, or each person..
Admin,
User,
Guest.

Or
Bill gets admin
Joe, sam, karen, are all users
Anyone else is gust and cant do Anything
