I connected my Zen Nano before installing the drivers and now the computer will not properly recognize it. I thought it worked like the Muvo I owned which coulod be plugged into any computer and acts like a usb drive.
The instructions say DO NOT plug in before installing software. So now it shows up in the Device manager as a USB storage device but I can't access it with mediasource or the Nano Explorer. Any suggestions?
