hiya all
i am a situation at the moment
have signed up about 9 months ago to skillstrain, signed and agreement to pay £100 per month, for 36 months.
i recieved my first coursework after i signed the paperwork, completed that and sent it off to them, no reply.
contacted them, no record of me sending coursework, no replies back to me etc.
this has been going on for the last 9 months.
everytime i speak to an advisor, they say, cannot pull call recordings, cannot find any notes on the account.
even address changes they still have not done.
i keep calling them and ask them, where is my coursework, where is anything at all from the company.
i have never recieved letters, remiders, paperwork, nothing.
i have told them i will cancel my direct debit, heard nothing, cancelled it, and guess what, recieved letter asking for money from the financial company.
the only letter ever over the last 9 months is for me to pay them.
i have explained the situation to skillstrain, they refuse to listen, are extemely rude, call me a liar, and still not sorted the situation out.
spoke to the finance company, and they dont care, they say i must pay them, and take up disputes with skillstrain.
i am lost for words, as i have payed over £800 to them, not heard anything at all, and nobody ever gets back to me, and finally why should i pay for something when i am not getting a service back.
i am extremely upset by this, how nobody ever contacts me, and when i cancel my direct debits, out comes a letter.
i really need advice on this, as the finance company is on my case, and nobody is willing to listen to me.
