OK,
Let me give this a SLAM...
You transformed an AVI video to SVI, and it dont work on the Samsung?
1. have you checked the site, and updated EVERYTHING.
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDown.do?group=mp3audiovideo&type=mp3players&subtype=flashmemory&model_nm=YP-T9JQU&language=&dType=D&mType=FM&vType=R
AUDIO: MPEG1/2/2.5 Layer3(8kbps~320kbps, 8kHz~48kHz),
WMA(5kbps~320kbps,8kHz~48kHz)
SVI (Video: MPEG4, Audio: MP3 (44.1kHZ, 128kbps),
Resolution: 208X176, Frame Rate: 15fps)
Image: JPG (Progressive, Sequential Scanning, File Size: less than 3MB)
DID you set the Video SIZE to 208x176, and 15 frames per second, insted of 30-60.
I would try a simple WMA and see if it works.

i upgraded everything but how do you set the video size and frames?
checkout Videohelp.com... they have some Interesting software and Ideas.
I WOULD ask if you let Samsungs software do it, Or if their software does much of anything.
