Cell phones and drivers

I was driving home from work today and I noticed that everyone was on the phone. It amazes me how so many people can talk on the phone and drive at the same time. I do not mind this, but what is irritating is when people go 10 under the limit because they cannot talk and drive at the same time. When that happens, I usually hang up and drive around them. ;) :P

The only cell phone I had, and I ASKED for it, was a BAG phone.
These are NEET. Full 3watts of power, and built in speaker phone. They can be Designed into a car, they are originaly designed for cars, but these are portable.
what sis REAL nice about them is the range. Even in fringe areas, they can generally get a signal.
