I love SACDs, If your system is set up correctly, it sounds like the band is playing in your living room. Its too bad these havent become a household item. The sound is so much better........Jim

I've only heard hi-def audio a few times, and was really surprised with the quality, but I think it's still ahead of it's time. Most people are satisfied with CD's and don't have a good enough system to take advantage of the better quality.

WOW, you aint heard of Quad stereo??

And the reason they didnt USE it more??

ITS NOT PORTABLE, there are no headsets that will produce the sound you want.

So, everything is set to 1 format...Stereo.
the special formats are great, wonderful, but the standard is Stereo..

I heard them before, but don't love them so much.
