When I try to delete songs from PC Library and My Computer on my Creative Zen Vision:M 60 GB, the files are deleted, but an error message says:
CTCMSu.exe – Application Error
The instruction at “0x02b2e6fc” referenced memory at “0x02b98230”. The memory could not be “read”.
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
I tried both OK and CANCEL, and what happens is the program TERMINATES in both cases. No “debugging” whatsoever.
When I open again the same thing happens.
This is a very annoying situation, so please help me.
