I got a copy of Skate this week, and all I can say is WOW. I'm having a ton of fun with this game, and so is my son.
The world is massive and open. You can pretty much skate on anything: wall rides, stairs, rails, banks, etc.
I sometimes wish the camera angle was different so my body wouldn't blind me, but it's not so bad that it annoys me to the point of not playing.
The graphics are beautiful and the controls are probably the best part of the game.
I like it, dare I say, more then the latest Tony Hawk game.
Pick it up if you like games like this.
