rivatuner + XP + Catalyst 3.1

Hello,

I just started fiddling with my Sapphire 9500 128Mb.
It has the ram layout in L-shape so I assume it is basically identical to the 9700.
I tried using Rivatuner + SoftR9x00 but it didn't seem to work, the computer will try to load XP then reboot automatically.
Does anybody know what the problem could be ?
Should I use Catalyst v3.0 instead of v3.1?

PS, I noticed that script files in Rivatuner are named SoftR9x00 w2k and SoftR9x00 w9x.
I used the first, could it be it isn't suited for modifying the XP drivers ?

Stefan. get over to http://www.maxdownloads.com/~ian/wizzard/ and download the cat 3.1 drivers and the patched file to go with it. Just follow the instructions and i think you'll find it works just fine.

The Rivatuner script thing doesn't seem to work for eveyone but Wizzard's way of doing it does ;)

thanks for the help.
I tried it and it does work but unfortunately I get a lot of artifacts, I guess I have a defective pipeline in my chip.
