Just to make it clear, it looks like this system (http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921665231960) will not let you record your Blu-Ray movies to disk, rather it lets you burn your own private movies etc to either the systems hard drive or Blu-Ray. You will not be able to copy Blu-Ray movies :(

I also think the storage space for $3000 is rather weak, only 500GB!? That's pretty sad. I would have expected at least 1 TB.
