Graphics are cool so far!N

A little half lifeish as far as perspective. FPS but has hugh possibilities. would be a great death match game if it had multi player. Great weapons.

I gave my Radeon 9700PRO to my younger brother for Christmas, so I am only running a Geforce 4 MX 420 card and it absolutely sucks. CAnnot even run 3Dmark 2003 with it.

It should work well for this one. Wouldn't try a tnt2 though.

Hey! there's already a patch. auto bug report gave me a patch right away. Now that's pretty cool! Has a bug with audigy eax II. Fixed now. will update later on game play.

You have to admit that it's sad that all these new games have patches out the day they are released. Gotta love love laumch dates and quality assurance.

Agreed, but at least I don't have to wait 2 weeks to be able to play. Ultima 10 still doesn't work properly, after 2.5 years

Killer game play! Scared the bejeebers outa me several times :D Sorta ol Doom style. I love it so far. No eax support that works though! :confused:

Killar sound and weapons effects!!! Movement and playability is great. Wish I could turn off the auto jump though.

Kool when you leave the water, drops fall off you and follow you like when you're walking. You can hope around on boulders in the landscape too and explore alot of the world.

hehe. It just typical Unreal game play. I like the classics. Awaiting the arival of Doom 3

Dude, This game rocks as far as gameplay! I'm getting more and more into it as I go along. Switched the eax off and stable as could be. Not suprising as eax has issues with alot of games out of the box. Took out my Audigy and am using the C media that comes with the MOBO. Not bad at all. Thought it might up my 3dmark03 scores but no. That's OK. The native 5.1 sound is pretty awesome in C media. very cpmparable and less system resources used. Graphics are f ing amazing. I'll post some screenies for you on my site to night. You gotta check out the world's weather effects for yourself. They are pretty kule.

How would you rate it out of 5 ? On Amazon there were some people not happy because of similar problems with drivers. What about the copy protection?

For game play, 3 For graphics 4.5 and for interface 4.5 as there is a small learning curve to it is not exactly user friendly in all situations.

A couple days ago ATech and i were talking about Unreal tournemant and i just dont get it. I dont get the obsession that some people have with this game. I mean, they have clans that come together for special meetings everyday on MSN chat and talk about strategies, countless forums dedicated to just the strategic aspects of the game and so forth. Im really not into gmes as you all know but when i do play them i really dont enjoy forst person shooters. This game to me is just another first person shooter in the bunch.

I want u to tell me how Unreal Tournament is different from other 1st person shooters. I want u to sort of explain it to me as if u were selling the game to me. I truly am bafled as to y this gtame is so popular because ive played this game and it really seemed like all the rest. Im a big strategy and RPG fan. I really dont like hack and slash, first person shooters or fighting games, but thats just me. If this game is so great, make me interested.

Well it's like paintball for nerds....people like to compete against each other with strategies etc....
