Uninstalling Drivers???

im trying to get my mouse to work this one here

but when i try to install the driver it says i have to uninstall my old mouse driver
and thats the problem! when i try to uninstall both
Logitech Desktop Manager
&
Logitech Mouseware 9.79.1

The computer restarts and doesnt do anything
is there any other way to get these drivers off my computer so i can use my microsoft mouse?

ps i tried reinstalling the mouseware again and it didnt help

Did you try uninstalling them through your control panel or using the softwares own uninstall program?

I have also been using Trend Micro for the past year with no apparent problems. I just disable my internet connection and shut off Trend Micro.
