I was just thinking (wow), and decided to post this about Palm's OS5.
Many people (you know who you are) claim the PalmOS is dead. This couldnt be farther from the truth.
PalmOS5, the latest OS from Palm takes into account all the advancments PocketPC has made, and ads them into an already powerful OS.
OS5 runs programs, generaly, almost twice as fast as OS4, and software loads in the blink of an eye.
With support for 32bit color and high resolution screens, it is able to blow PocketPC2002 out of the water.
The OS is also very multimedia friendly (originaly a plus PPC had over OS4), It can now play audio and video files.
The OS also has all the great aspects to it as always. Such as a user friendly interface, quick input methods (keyboard or graffiti), and thousands of software available for purchase or even download.
