SA3345/37 mp3 alphabetizing my album's songs. how do i stop this?

everything about this player so far has been great, but after loading some albums on it, the songs all play alphabetically. i dropped and dragged some and synced some with the latest winders media player. tech support no help. there is a fix isn't there? what did i miss?

1. it SHOULD be the order the Program WROTE them to the player.
The program you are useing DID IT..

Just looked at the manual..
I dont see a Playlist option...So it Must PLAY as the ORDER that the program COPIED the files TO the device.

I dont know IF' you can PLACE the music in ORDER with the programs you are useing. UNLESS, you try to copy, 1-2-3+ at a TIME, in the ORDER you want played..
You can try that, but I dont see many other options..
I also didnt REAd that it would do Directories, or much else..

Looks like a NICE BASIC player, and it has a GOOD price also..For what it DOES..

i tried every trick i could think of. dropping in songs one at a time, creating playlists, changing views, using itunes, windows media player, all the same result. audio files i created with audacity that i left in numeral file names played in order, but i just didn't feel like, or have the time to rename every single track in my collection. i tried to like it. the screen was large enough, great picture quality on the factory installed .avi, transfer was easy, but no control over ordering tracks, least none that i could find. so today was a hassle free full refund. but seriously, thank you.

Sorry, nothing could help it.
Im looking at a NEW device with 2gig, from sandisk sansa.
About $64, can take Mini SD cards to 2 gig, FM, Mic...
