Hello Everybody. I'm now doing an assignment about the lastest trend in music industry. How you all think about that? Give some comments about it. :rolleyes:
Look up TECHDIRT...Then search for MPAA, RIAA, and soforth

umm I think thats stupid, and that you are not really doing an assignment or you would have specific questions.
Provide specific questions and we can offer our opinions. What do you think the latest trend is? The latest trend could be a number of things, depending on the person and their location.
you can ask 1000 people their opinion and They will ALL have their IDEAL answer.
trying to GROUP those answers would be STUPID, as most will be abit, different from the others.
1. the music industry does NOT like change.
2. Standard format for portability, is STEREO, and they use it for everything.
3. the music industry ISNT an innovator, they have tried (a few time) to follow WHAT OTHERS have done, and they couldnt do it.
4. DRM and copy protection, COST THEM MONEY. They havent the idea THAT, that savings could be past to the consumer, and they would MAKE LOTS MORE MONEY. Kill the Lawyers, Kill the DRM, kill the corps SUPPLYING the DRM, and the price would be 1/2. and pirating would almost GO AWAY.
