I would love to see a 'latest posts' page, with the option of going back as far as possible (basically put every thread in reverse chron order and display the latest 25 threads, with a 'previous discussions' button). I usually check to see what's hot on the home page side bar, but then don't feel like wading through all the sections to see if I missed anything.

That would rock my doodle.

Good idea, what would be even better would be if there was a 10 latest posts per section, so people can see what is going on. There is a 10 latest posts block on the main site though, does that help?

He mentioned that. "I usually check to see what's hot on the home page side bar"

I'm not sure if this is something we can fix since we bought the software that we use on the forums than it is up to the company to provide us with that feature.

The answer that you will have to live with is this. Subscribe to all of the threads that interest you. Then hit the user cp button. At the bottom you will see all the threads that you have subscribed too. You can then change at the bottom to display all the threads in the past two days or week that you might have missed. The subscribed threads may only be for the ones that you have replyed to already. The "View New Posts" button on the main forums page only lists the threads from the last day.

You could always visit the site everyday and say something in any of threads that interest you. That way it will show up in your control panel.

We will look into adding that feature as you describe. What I want it to do is to send me an email when someone posts a new thread in the forums that i have subscribed too. We can set it up so it is moderated, but there should be someway to allow anybody to get the email.
