Syncing problem

When I try so sync things to my mp3 player WMP (which is a samsung YP-T9J) syncs EVERYTHING. All the music, pictures, files whatever else it can. I don't want everything I have synced to my player. How can I make it so that only what I choose to be synced gets synced?

Then go into the Preferances, and TURN IT OFF.
