Hello,
I'm in urgent need of help. I had been using my H10 as a backup for my pics while in holiday. I'm half way through my trip but it seems my H10 caught a virus and the cure was to delete a file called copy.exe
Now, my H10 'properties' still registers that it contains the files (3gb approx) and if I select the H10 icon from my computer and copy and paste it to my desktop the folders and indivitual picture files still scroll through as they are being coppied. But....
If I plug in the H10, and try to explore it, all I get is 1 single file visible 'BL_H10.rom' at 192 kb.
if I double click the H10 icon from my computer i get 'windows cannot find the file copy.exe ........etc etc etc'
I hope someone can help me with this issue, I would really like my pictures back.
