Hi everyone. This looks like the right place to post this new problem I have come across with my Hdd120.
I recently started using Herbert to transfer music to my Hdd120 and have been really pleased with everything it does until now.The problem occurs only with the albums that I have transfered to it using Herbert and not with the ones transfered using the Philips DMM software. When an album is selected and played the now playing display will show the title of the ninth track on that album and the listing for the the next one to be played as the title of the ninth track also even though the audio heard is in the correct order and changes when you skip forwards or backwards.
I have recently formatted the hard drive in case it may have been caused by conflicts with files left over from using the DMM software. I then reinstalled the latest Philips fimware, version 6.6, and reloaded an album using Herbert. Same thing happens. I recently bought another Hdd120 brand new ,ex display, and it does exactly the same. This can also happen to albums with less than 9 tracks as the title displayed as being played and as being next is usually the ninth track from an album by the same artist that also suffers with this problem. Individual songs I have uploaded and added to a playlist do not cause the ninth tack in the playlist to do the same. All antivirus software scans draw a blank.
Anybody have any suggestions other than going back to DMM or deleting/renumbering every ninth track from every album.
