Syncing music with WMP?

Is it possible to sync music to your ipod with windows media player? I found something online where you could change settings so you that you could but I lost the site. I've also found sites that sell software to do it. I really don't want to pay for anything so if anyone knows how I can do this for free it'll be much appreciated.

In a word...I would say No..
Its a copyright thing. And i dont know if version 11 Win media will either.
If you are talking Winamp...Then NO, also...same reason. Its NOT a converter..It will write in the format of the music only. Wont convert to AAC.
