game problem,WARCRAFT 3 CD KEY barriers?

i was wondering if the war 3 game has barriers beteen different countries.
i mean if i bought the game in one country,can i played in another country?
recently ,i searched one site,DO.NOT.POST.THIS which sells game keys,i really need to

buy one key,but worried about the barrier problem.
help plz.

The idea comes with IF' the game lets you select a server.
If so...then there ISNT..
If you have NO choice in the server you can contact in the game...then YES..
There are generally 3-4 Locations for protection...USA is area 1. this is simular to the protections on CD/DVD's.. And your KEY CODE, may be the KEY to the AREA it will connect to.
