I just found this program called MusicBrainz
an open sourced ID3 tagger that identifies your music based on the way it sounds (i.e. bpm, tone, length etc..)
It changes the ID3 tag to the closest match.
You can also help by submitting your music.
I find this new program INCREDIBLY helpful, since every once in awhile my ID3 tags get corrupted and erased.
Its nice to know what song your actualy listening to since everyone has their own way of screwing up ID3 tags and sharing them on Kazaa

What if everyone downloads it and then they all create different tags. This would then create thousands of the same exact song with different ID3 tags. You all know that this would make attempts at sharing this music MORE difficult.
