The 80-story Dynamic Tower, described as the "world's first building in motion," will also be the first skyscraper constructed from prefabricated units, according to a press statement released by New York-based architect David Fisher's Dynamic Group.

Each floor would be capable of rotating independently, powered by wind turbines fitted between each floor.

"You can adjust the shape the way you like every given moment," Fisher said. "It's not a piece of architecture somebody designed today and that's it. It remains forever. It's designed by life, shaped by time."

Super cool, wish I could afford the $4-40million apartments though!

Makes the space needle look very very low-tech. Screw the rotating resturant, gimme a moving apartment!

Haha, yeah, this blows all those rotating restaurant places out of the water. I saw the CN tower in Toronto a couple weeks ago... this is way better, lol. I reckon the elevator goes right up the spine and the floors rotate around the fixed elevators. It would be crazy to have glass floors too so at any time you could look down and possibly see all the way to the ground. Dubai is like an adult Disney World or something.
