I bought some coolant for my Swiftech water system in early Dec. 2002. Only $13 plus shipping. Not alot of money for a site that sells Water systems I'm sure. I got the CPU setup at Xmas and waited patiently for about a week with no coolant. An email went off asking where's my order? I needed to do my upgrade, so I configured a concoction of Anti freeze and water and proceeded. 2 days later, another email, no response. By this time I got my VISA bill and saw that it was charged, so I sent another email. After 1 week I got a response to my oririginal email stated" The coolant is in the mail". Which I recieved 2 days later, Priority which was cool.

All in all about 5 weeks to get the product, which was only frustrating. It was the lack of desire to return my email that really upset me. And no explaination afterwards or an appology. Bad P.R. if you ask me. They did however send 2 bottles of their coolant when I only bought 1, but the second 1 had a dead ant floating around in the bottle! LOL ! So SysFX.com gets a D- for Customer service and an F- for quality control.

btw, my anti freeze and water had the CPU from 45 c air cooled to 25 c immediately, where the SysFX.com coolant (sans insect) left it about 40 c consistantly. Very disappointed.

Dont you just LOVE customer service.
In all my life, I have had only 3 or 4 that were DECENT.
MOST just shrug it off(Ho hum!)
Even a nice letter, with "Opp's, we missed something" is nice.
I have ALSO found that VERBAL contact works wonders. And NOT talking to the CS, but to a manager or supervisor.

Want another great combo, try a solution of alcohol.
Know what antifreeze, coolant IS? Its a salt, alcohol soluion, REALLY. Thats why animals like it.
