any custom makers?

Any of you guys do your own custom speakers? Had a co-worker where I used to work who used to make his own speakers. Supposedly you can build super nice quali systems for cheap. He said his Klipsch system ran him a good tenth the price it would have.
Just looking to get into making custom speakers. Trying to find some good resources on it. I do my own car, wiring and comp stuff, figure I might get into speakers :D

There is a company by the name of Madisound that sells speaker kits that you put together yourself. You can choose the drivers, wood and design.

Some of the drivers you can choose from include: Seas, Vifa, Dynaudio, Peerless, Eaton and more.

I had a site for speakers. I'll look for it.

I can create the setup, but not BUILD the speakers.
I can make the box's, and wire it.
