Price Watch Vendors to stay away from

Please post which vendors you recommend staying away from.

Stay away from TechSavings.com as they are a sham. They will take your money and tell you your order will be overnighted but it isnt....takes weeks to get your product.

I would suggest avoiding ENPC (http://www.ENPC.com) and ESPECIALLY Alvio (http://www.alvio.com/)

Please give reasons for your posting in this area. Don't just bash away at businesses. Post personal experiences, ratings or other valid reasons to avoid vendors. Not just personal issues. For that, Call your sponser.
Most legitmate businesses go through tough times, especially in this economy. As always, be polite and no flaming here.
