Purchased the 185A5 about a month ago and really like it. I am
starting to see some quality issues however. Nothing major, but I thought I would post to see if others have had similar issues.
All four feet fell off the unit at nearly the same time. Prior to this the rubber was cracked.
The screen bezel is now way to loose for comfort around the two front latches. The gap increases daily. I mean, how the hell else can you open the thing without causing futher seperation?
The hinges on the screen creek like hell when moving the screen slightly. A sign of problems to come?
Anyway, I phoned customer support today and begged them off the idea of dropping it off at a Best Buy and into sending me a box for direct shipping to a service department.
I'll let you guys know how I fare, and if anyone else is having or had similar problems, please share.
