"Police in Luzerne County have arrested a juvenile who they say was hiding more than 60 bags of suspected heroin and crack cocaine in his underpants.
Kingston police made the arrest after a 5pm traffic stop on Saturday in the parking lot of a CVS pharmacy.
Police say the driver, the juvenile and another passenger all gave false names to officers.
The driver and back-seat passenger, both adults, were cited and released. The juvenile, whose name was not released, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and related charges.
Police say the minor was taken to a juvenile detention facility and is awaiting a hearing.
Police say the juvenile and one of the adults are from Philadelphia. The other adult is from Wilkes-Barre."
